How does labour mediation work?
Our approach begins with a no-obligation orientation meeting to clarify the labour dispute and determine our approach. Usually, we start the mediation process with intake interviews with all parties individually so that each can tell their side of their story. Depending on the needs, this is followed by one or more joint discussions in which the parties are guided towards a sustainable solution, whether that is restoring the working relationship or a respectful conclusion by means of a settlement agreement.

Because no conflict is the same, Partner Mediation offers tailor-made solutions. Our mediators have different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
