After my studies in Cultural Studies at the University of Amsterdam, I began as a writing journalist for magazines and newspapers. At Local Radio Amsterdam, I discovered my love for conducting interviews. I worked for ten years as a presenter at BNR Newsradio and two years at the NOS Radio 1 Journal.
I am a moderator who translates and connects. My deepest wish is for people to understand each other better so that conflicts can be resolved. Even better is to prevent conflicts from occurring. Pre-mediation is a beautiful tool for this purpose. Conducting an honest, confidential, and thorough conversation can uncover desires and expectations, thereby facilitating harmonious collaboration. I find pre-mediation with startups especially appealing because it also introduces me to brilliant ideas for a better future.
